Very tender very nice! I don’t normally eat lamb but this is exception.

Australian Rack of Lamb
I serve the Australian Rack of Lamb at a family dinner and everyone just love the tender meat. The preparation is also very easy, just marinade with chopped parsley, crushed garlic cloves , rosemary, lemon oil, salt and pepper and just roast in oven at 200 degree centigrade. Five star quality meat.
