This is my favorite item on all of FEAST. The salmon fillet is huge (lasts for several meals), it's easy to prepare (just pan fry with some salt and finish with a few squeezes of lemon), and it's absolutely delicious ... fatty, juicy, and perfectly flaky. Not to mention healthy with all of the Omega-3 fatty acids — more importantly for lazy eaters like me, no bones or scales to worry about! Would recommend without any hesitation...you can't go wrong with this one.
TIP: Cut it into individual portions when you receive it (whatever size you think you would normally eat, no need to be too precise) and freeze each piece in separate Ziploc bags! That way, you can defrost each portion before you eat it and this gigantic salmon fillet will last you for awhile.
