1. 麻醬雞絲賀年撈起沙津 Sesame Chicken New Year Lo Hei Salad
選用低脂的海南雞絲、配以健怡清新的萵荀、木耳、紫椰菜、豆卜、中華沙律、粉絲等營養豐富的配料，及以熱量較低而香口的芝麻醬。Comes in a fresh line-up of low-calorie Hainan chicken, fresh greens such as lettuce, black fungus, purple cabbage, tofu, Chinese salad and glass noodles, with the secret sesame dressing to add the flavor.
2. 煙三文魚賀年撈起沙津 Smoked Salmon New Year Lo Hei Salad
選用挪威煙三文魚，配以新鮮金柚肉、紫椰菜、青瓜絲、生菜、糖果皮、糖冬瓜、糖柑桔皮、紅薑絲、五柳菜等，加上柑桔雪梨汁調味。Comprises a vibrant mix of Norwegian smoked salmon and fresh seasonal greens including pomelo, purple cabbage, cucumber, lettuce, as well as significant condiments such as 5 pickles, red ginger, crispy taro and crisps. Enrich the flavor with our chef’s homemade citrus and pear dressing.
3. 極佳级牛板腱賀年撈起沙津 Prime Top Blade New Year Lo Hei Salad
選用極佳级牛板腱，配以西生菜絲、甘笋絲、白蘿蔔絲、青瓜絲、紅椰菜絲、唐芹、大豆芽、泰國米粉等配料，加上泰式特調醬汁，再以炸乾蔥、及芫茜、烘花生及簿荷葉點綴。Consist of Prime top blade and fresh greens such as Iceberg lettuce, carrot, white turnip, cucumber, red cabbage, Chinese celery, bean sprout and Thai Vermicelli, with the special Thai sauce and decorated with fried shallot, coriander, roasted peanut and mint leaf.
秘方炮製的海南雞，選用嫩雞以雞湯低溫慢煮，肉質嫩滑。搭配秘製三色醬，包括以鮮辣椒、酸柑及青檸等製作，酸辣醒胃的辣椒醬、混合蔥花香油的清香薑蔥醬，及採用新加坡名牌廣祥泰、香醇濃稠黑醬油。Hainan Chicken, made according to our own secret recipe, is slow-cooked in chicken broth with pandan leaves just to the point of doneness. The juicy and tender flesh is served with 3 classic dipping sauces – the tangy chili sauce that blends fresh chili, calamansi and lime, the homemade fragrant ginger and scallion sauce, and the sweet dark black soy sauce from Kwong Cheong Thye, a popular brand from Singapore.
